About Me
My name is Jan Willem de Beaufort. After 20+ years of having worked in a variety of commercial and strategy roles across retail, consultancy and telecommunications across multiple countries, I decided to leap into entrepreneurship and found Coz-consulting to support mid-sized companies that don’t nessarily have the bandwidth to have their own strategy department.
Mission.
My mission is to help teams get to the fundamental essence of why they do what they do, and from that point take another look at what they actually do on a day to day basis.
Vision.
Having a razorsharp picture of why you are in business, what issue you are helping your customers to overcome, enables you to most effectively allocate resources and channel your team’s energy & effort to get to results that matter. And yes, a solid strategy is the starting point, but the key is delivering on strategy. I am convined that having a clear direction for your team is more important than a highly-sophisticated plan, in getting to maximum impact.
